Bansko Chalets booking form

DEPOSIT: 25% of the total amount (30% for peak weeks) payment will confirm booking and should be made as soon as we email you to confirm receipt of this booking form)

We will confirm receipt of this booking form by email and will include the details of your holiday cost and how to pay the deposit. The payment of the deposit confirms your booking. You can pay this either by bank transfer to our British account or by debit/credit card.

The deposit required to make a booking is non-refundable. You are required to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy which would cover a cancellation charge for both this deposit and the balance payment for the group booking .

I HAVE READ THE ‘BANSKO CHALETS TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS’ THAT APPLY TO BANSKO CHALETS AND ACCEPT THEM ON BEHALF OF ALL OF MY PARTY, ON WHOSE BEHALF I AM DULY AUTHORISED TO MAKE THIS AGREEMENT. I AM OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Please note that this rental is provisional until confirmed in writing by the Owners.

When booking your flights please be aware that the earliest the transfer bus can meet you at the airport is 11:30am (there is no latest time). The check out time (the latest the free transfer bus will leave the chalet) is 10am. If you would like a later/earlier transfer, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We offer ONE private minibus return transfer from Sofia International Airport to the chalet (inclusive in the catered option packages).
