You directly provide us with the data when booking your holiday, when booking ski equipment in advance and upon arrival for check in purpouses.
How will we use your data?
We collect your data in order to process your booking, take a payment, pre-book additional services like ski lessons, ski equipment etc and register you under the National Tourist Register run by the Ministry of tourism (which is a legal requirement).
How do we store your data?
Bansko Chalets OOD securely stores your data on the email. The company will keep your information for 5 years (from the last day of your holiday). Once this period has expired we will delete your data. Our payment system DOES NOT store bank card details. Our bank stores your personal data regarding the payment according to their privacy policy: www.dskbank.bg
